Bluewater Capital Partners acquired a two-building portfolio of 65 fully furnished units with 135 bedrooms geared towards student housing and constructed an additional building, adding 50 more units and 100 bedrooms along with five retail tenants. This project created one of the largest privately operated student housing developments supporting Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music, and the University Hospitals system.
